What are your turbo power limits set to in the BIOS? The default power limits are not enough for maximum performance. If you want a 5.0 GHz all core overclock then you need to set all of the turbo ratios to 50 in the BIOS. Core temps get no higher than 77C, it's on 2 120 mm dual pump watercooling.Ĭlick to expand. What are the turbo ratios set to in the BIOS? What speed do you want your CPU to run at? I think at default settings, 4.8 GHz sounds about right. I do not know how to fix this, spent about 32 hours trying to fix, different bios's etc etc. As I said it also did the same thing with corsair 3000 mhz memory, very low scores. I also cannot overclock gpu speeds either, they auto revert back within the utilities (geforce experience) and also msi afterburner, as I watch them! System specs are MSI Z590 Pro wifi atx, intel 10700kf processor, ASUS Dual RTX 3070, 128GB Trident Z F4-4000C18Q-128GTZR. The other benchmark utilities say the same.barely at stock level. I bought this built (instead of building it), when I bought it cpu score in time spy 3dmarks was 12700, now it's been as low as 9500, I did manage to get it up to 11080, but that was with new memory running at 3700mhz, the old memory was running at 3000 mhz, and the scores were also low with the old memory. Uninstalled it, still running at 4.8.No Xtuservice.exe anywhere, not running in processes either, getting very low 10700kf cpu scores.
